New viatext LED displays in Monheim am Rhein (Germany)

Since March 2017, the city of Monheim am Rhein (Germany) has been using two viatext displays with solar power supply and individually designed front covers. The Dialog Displays are currently being used in "Geschwister-Scholl-Strasse" and "Am Sportplatz" to calm traffic.
